When will I get my order?

How do I personalize an item?

Please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Enter Text: Insert your text in each available text box and click the “PREVIEW” button.
  • Text Size: You can increase or decrease the size of each available text line. Use the drop-down menu to the left of each text box to see your options.
  • Text Alignment: You can right or left justify or center your text. Choose your preferred alignment using the drop-down menu next to each text box.
  • Font Options: Click drop down menu below the text boxes to choose another font (you can preview all of the fonts by clicking “view typestyles”).
  • Text Color: Click drop down menu below the text boxes to choose another text color (you can preview all of the colors by clicking “view font colors”).
  • That’s It! Once you’re finished, click the “add to cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER!!

  • Please look over your personalization carefully because our system uses your exact text and alignment to create a print ready document.
  • Please avoid extending your text beyond the item’s edges. If you can’t see the text, neither can we!

Some additional formatting suggestions:

  • If you want your text to wrap around an image, you can use the space bar to your advantage by left or right justifying the text and then adding spaces at the beginning or end of your text.
  • Avoid using the space bar at the end of a line (it could adversely affect the alignment of your text if you want it precisely centered or right/left justified).
  • To create extra space between lines, leave a text box blank and skip to the next text box.
  • Creating an invitation? Don’t forget to include the date and time of the event as well as RSVP details.

Is my credit card and personal information secure?

Absolutely. Your credit card transaction is secure and all credit card information is transmitted via 128-bit encrypted SSL technology through Network Solutions SiteSafe. Plus, our SSL Certificate comes with a relying party guarantee of $1 million payable to any customer who incurs losses resulting directly from an online credit card transaction as a result of a mis-issued SSL Certificate. Finally, we do NOT store your credit card information on our servers after you make a purchase on amyadele.com.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We are required to charge sales tax if your order ships to an address in the state of South Carolina.

Should I receive an email receipt after I place an order on amyadele.com?

YES! If for some reason you DO NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible.

What types of payment do you accept?

VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS. At this time we do not accept PayPal or other payment gateways.

How long will your current sale last?

I’m ordering a gift for someone. Can I include a note to the recipient?

Absolutely! Just enter your gift note text in the special needs box on the cart page before making your order.

May I pre-order baby announcement envelopes?

Yes, you can receive your baby announcement envelopes in advance so you can start addressing them before your baby is born. Just follow these simple steps:

Find the announcement you plan to purchase.

Add the announcement to your cart without personalizing the item (you’ll be able to personalize it after your child is born).

Complete the checkout process and check the “Order Envelopes Early” box on the Cart page.

We’ll mail your envelopes right away and save your announcement order. Once your baby is born, return to this web site and click “my account“. Sign in, select your announcement from ‘Incomplete Orders’ and complete the personalization process. After you’re finished, we’ll process and send your announcements right away!

Questions about Order Changes & Proofs

Will you email me a proof before you print my item?

AmyAdele.com was designed to enable online personalization with a preview that reflects precisely what you will receive in printed form. As a result, we are able to print and ship our orders quickly and keep our prices low. Therefore we DO NOT provide a proof in advance of printing and shipping your order. If you would like to see a proof before we begin printing, please contact us BEFORE ordering and we provide details on how you can receive a digital proof for a fee of $5.

Can I make a change after I place my order?

Our goal is to print and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change after you have placed your order please contact us immediately! Also, please note that you may incur additional charges for change requests ($5/per item for text or font changes).

There is a typo on my item. Will Amy Adele reprint my order?

We make every effort to catch any typos you may have made when personalizing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that we will catch every typo, error or omission. If you find upon receiving your order that you made a mistake when personalizing your item, please contact us about a reprint. We want you to have an outstanding experience when ordering from amyadele.com and we will be glad to help you.
