Finding Items
We've organized Amy's product throughout amyadele.com to help you quickly find your favorite card.  You can browse our categories using the navigation menu at the top of your screen. Each category expands into additional sub-categories of items.


Personalizing Items
Once you've found an item you would like to personalize, please follow these guidelines:


•  Choose your typestyle (you can preview all of the fonts by clicking "view typestyles").
•  Choose your favorite typestyle color (you can preview all of the colors by clicking "view colors").
•  Select your font size for each text box
•  Type your text in the text box and choose your preferred alignment
•  Click PREVIEW NOW and view your personalized item.
•  Don't like what you've entered? You can modify any variable above and preview again.
•  Below are some helpful formatting suggestions:

1.  Avoid using the space bar at the end of a line (it will adversely affect the alignment of your text)

2.  If you want your text to wrap around an image, you can use the space bar to your advantage by left or right justifying the text and then adding spaces at the beginning or end of your text

3.  To create extra space between lines, leave a text box blank and skip to the next text box

Placing an order
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we receive your order. If for some reason you DO NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible (via one of the options above).


Sales Tax
We are required by South Carolina to charge sales tax if your billing address resides in South Carolina.


Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Pre-ordering envelopes


You can receive your envelopes in advance so you can start addressing before your baby is born. Just follow these simple steps:


1. Browse and view the announcement you plan to use.
2. Click "Personalize"
3. Click "Add to Cart" (you'll be able to personalize it after your child is born)
4. Complete the checkout process but remember to check the "Order Envelopes Early" box on the Order Details page.


We'll mail your envelopes early and save your announcement order. Once your baby is born, return to this web site and click "my account". Sign in, select your announcement from 'Incomplete Orders' and complete the personalization process. After you're finished, we'll process and send your announcements right away!

 

 

Shipping / Processing Time


Order Processing Time
We strive to have your order printed and packaged within 1 business day of receipt of your order. However, we reserve the right for up to 5 business days on USPS orders. PLEASE NOTE: ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME.


Shipping
AmyAdele.com uses the United States Postal Service and FedEx Express 2-day shipping. You can track your order online by logging in to your account and visiting Order History. You'll see your order's status as well as a link to track your package.


Shipping Transit Times
Shipping Transit time estimates: Transit times to depend on your location in relation to where the product is shipping from and the shipping method you choose. These are estimates:


  • USPS Shipping – 2-7 Business days (not including processing time)
  • FedEx 2-day Shipping – 2 Business days (not including processing time)

Shipping charges

USPS shipping is a flat rate of $7.49 no matter what the order size. However, we offer variable rate shipping charges based on your order weight for FedEx 2-day service. When you place your order, AmyAdele.com dynamically synchronizes with FedEx.com to determine your shipping charge and ensure you receive the most economical rate.


Shipping to a P.O. box
Please provide a physical street address whenever possible. However, if you must ship to a Post Office box you may only select UPSP shipping.

 

 

About Our Products


Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe our designs, paper quality and clothing are the best you can find. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us right away. We'll do whatever we can to make it right – even if you want a complete refund.


Card Stock
All flat cards (announcements, invitations & calling cards) are printed on Heavy 80-lb. cover stock from one of the finest paper manufacturers in the world. Folded cards (stationery & greetings) are printed on Medium 65-lb. cover stock made by the same manufacturer. You'll also find in the details of each card information indicating whether the paper is Heavy or Medium thickness.


Clothing
We use the finest 100% cotton fabric for all our clothing. Shirts are soft and at least 5.9 oz. thick. All are MADE IN USA.


Catalog Request
Currently, we do not offer a printed catalog.

 

 

Printing Details & Changes


Proofs of personalized / printed orders
AmyAdele.com was designed to enable online personalization with a preview that reflects precisely what you will receive in printed form. As a result, we are able to print and ship our orders faster. Please note, however, that we DO NOT PROVIDE a PDF or PRINTED PROOF in advance of printing and mailing your order.


Changes
Please inspect your preview closely for typos and other possible errors. If you need to make a text change after you have placed your order you may incur additional charges ($5/per item for text or font changes).


Printing
All orders are printed with professional quality printers and all text is "flat". Currently, we do not offer thermographic "raised text" printing at this time. Also, we are unable to print any personalized text on the "back" side of any card.

 

 

About Your Account


Order status
You can log in to your account anytime via the e-mail address and password used to set up your account. By logging in you can check status of pending orders and view status of past orders in your account, along with tracking numbers and ship dates.


E-mail / password
If your e-mail address changes, you will need to create a new account with your new e-mail address and a password. If you forget your password, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on the link to have your password sent to you via-mail.
