Shipping policy

Everything from AmyAdele.com is personalized and printed just for you, so nothing ships off a shelf. Each order takes about 3 business days to put your details together with my artwork, print it, and pack it up with care. Then it's on its way with the shipping method you pick at checkout.

Shipping options & delivery times

Shipping method	Made & packed	In transit	Arrives in about
USPS Ground Advantage	3 business days	2–5 business days	5–8 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air*	3 business days	2 business days	5 business days
UPS Next Day Air	3 business days	1 business day	4 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.
*UPS 2nd Day Air isn't available for every order. If you don't see it at checkout, it isn't available for yours.

A note about Next Day Air: "next day" means the day after your order ships, not the day after you order. Your order still needs its 3 business days to be made first, so plan on about 4 business days total.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and where it's headed. You'll see the exact price for each option before you pay.

Orders ship within the United States only.

Need it by a certain date?

Count back from your date: 3 business days to make your order, plus the shipping time, plus a little cushion just in case. If it's going to be close, send me a note before you order and I'll let you know what's possible.

Shipping questions

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account anytime to check on it.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes! Just choose USPS Ground Advantage at checkout. UPS can't deliver to P.O. Boxes.

I made a mistake in my shipping address. Can you fix it?
Let me know as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, it's an easy fix.
